Food Service Director:
The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the foodservice operations, both monetarily and by achieving the customers' highest satisfaction by supervising the kitchen personnel, monitoring the food distribution and purchasing, and responding to inquiries and concerns. Food Service Substitute Position Available
POSITION INVOLVES: Food Production, Assistance with dishwashing, wiping tables, cleaning, food safety monitoring and maintenance of all quality and sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be able to bend and lift 30 pounds. Excellent Customer Service and Teamwork Skills Required.
HOURS: One full day weekly plus other days as needed between the hours of 7AM and 2:30PM. Hourly Wage: = $12.70.

Dean of Students/Activities Director 2021-2022 School Year
The position of Dean of Students/Activities Director is a new structure to the administrative team for the School District of Luck. The ideal candidate will be able to handle discipline effectively for all grade levels in the school by taking a proactive approach. This position will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining discipline strategies for the district engaging all stakeholders. Organization and efficiency are key in this position to manage the day-to-day expectations. This person will be responsible for handling all aspects of athletics and activities in the district including facility usage. Previous successful teaching and coaching experience is recommended for this position. Preference may be given to candidates willing to coach, as opportunities exist.
School Counselor 2021-2022 School Year
The School District of Luck is actively seeking a qualified school counselor who is highly skilled and equally innovative and passionate about students. We are seeking an individual who is able to foster positive rapport with students, staff, parents, and the community. Potential candidates should possess knowledge and skills in best practice instruction, RtI, PBIS, and Differentiated Instruction. This position will join our existing school counselor to fill the needs of the PK-12 district. Depending on strengths the position may include elementary guidance lessons, academic career planning, middle/high school scheduling, crisis intervention, post-secondary counseling, peer mediation, and conflict resolution.
District Accountant
The School District of Luck is seeking a qualified full time district accountant. Job duties include human resources, payroll, cash receipts, budgeting, accounts payable, managing state fiscal reporting and other duties as assigned. Applicants should have an associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Attention to detail and striving to complete error free work in a timely manner is a must in this position. Anticipated April 5, 2021 start date.
