Coaching Positions

2025-26 Season:

Assistant Middle School Baseball Coach
Luck/Frederic Middle School Baseball Program

The Luck and Frederic School Districts are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Middle School Baseball Coach for the upcoming season. This position will support the head coach in providing a positive, structured, and development-focused experience for student-athletes.

Season: May 2026-July 2026
Compensation: Per district handbook

Qualifications Necessary: Desired applicant will have successful and relevant experience in working with children and/or coaching youth sports. Pay is based on the employee handbook.

2026-27 Season:

The School District of Luck is accepting applications for the position of: Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

The Luck High School is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable coach to lead the Varsity Boys Basketball program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the boys basketball program
  • Plan and run practices, games, and offseason activities
  • Build positive relationships with student-athletes and promote a strong team culture
  • Active engagement with the youth basketball program and overall Luck athletics
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and administration
  • Follow all WIAA and district guidelines
     

Qualifications:

  • Coaching experience preferred
  • Strong basketball knowledge and leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor and support student-athletes

Depending on the area, hours may be flexible and we are willing to work with your schedule. Pay ranges from $14.20 up depending on position filled. Educational assistants and teaching substitutes must hold proper licenses.
